Job summary

Redwolf + Rosch is seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join its Digital & eCommerce team within a large Pharmaceutical/Healthcare organisation in Melbourne. The role focuses on leading a backend squad delivering B2B eCommerce capabilities on a headless stack.

You will manage delivery flow, remove impediments, coordinate dependencies across internal microservices and an external frontend partner, and coach for sustainable velocity.

Qualifications

• Agile experience in complex tech environments.
• Experience delivering digital headless eCommerce platforms or multi-system integrations.
• Ability to manage cross-team dependencies and external vendor delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead core Scrum/Kanban ceremonies with clear outcomes.
• Identify and manage cross-functional dependencies between internal squads and external frontend agency.
• Support backlog prioritization, capacity planning, sizing, and release tracking.
• Unblock team, resolve conflicts, elevate risks for on-time deployments.
• Maintain delivery tracking in Jira/Azure DevOps and report velocity, throughput, and release readiness.
• Promote continuous improvement and a safe, collaborative team culture.
