Qualifikationen

• Postgraduate degree in a relevant discipline such as cell biology, molecular biology, immunology, microbiology, or biochemistry.
• Experience with manufacture, tech transfer or process development of cell-based products.
• Experience handling blood and cellular therapy products including cell culture techniques.
• Knowledge of analytical methods for characterisation and release of cellular products (e.g., flow cytometry).
• Understanding of regulatory requirements for cell therapy manufacture and audits.
• Ability to collaborate with external parties and manage technical projects to timelines.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
