Responsibilities

• Lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of programs that support student wellbeing, engagement, attendance, behaviour, academic progress and successful post‑school transitions.
• Oversee senior school pathways, careers education, VET and workplace learning, student leadership, health and wellbeing, and complex case management.
• Work closely with students, families, staff and external agencies to drive continuous improvement and data monitoring.
