Job summary

Bunbury Senior High School is seeking a dedicated Program Coordinator – Senior School (Year 10–12) to lead the development, implementation and ongoing improvement of programs that support student wellbeing, engagement, attendance, behaviour, academic progress and post-school transitions.

Working closely with students, families, staff and external agencies, the successful applicant will oversee key areas including senior school pathways, careers education, VET and workplace learning, student

Qualifications

• Current registration with the Teacher Registration Board of Western Australia.
• Valid Working With Children Check.
• Ability to develop data monitoring systems and drive continuous improvement.
• Strong leadership and collaboration with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, implementation and ongoing improvement of senior school programs (Year 10–12).
• Collaborate with students, families, staff and external agencies to support wellbeing, attendance, behaviour and academic progress.
• Oversee senior pathways, careers education, VET/workplace learning, student leadership and health initiatives.
• Translate the school’s strategic directions into actionable improvement plans for staff and curriculum.
