Job summary

Brisbane Catholic Education’s Xavier Catholic College in Hervey Bay seeks a Program Leader to guide the Senior School and Pathways, coordinating staff, monitoring outcomes, and building partnerships in line with the school’s Catholic ethos.

You will lead the designated program, provide professional development, induct new teachers, manage resources and budgets, and engage with students, parents, and staff to ensure smooth operation aligned with our Catholic ethos.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of teaching experience.
• Proven ability to lead school programs.
• Experience in managing program logistics.
• Familiarity with best practices in education.
• Strong leadership and financial management.
• Effective stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Provide professional development for staff.
• Induct new teachers within the program.
• Coordinate program staff and resources.
• Communicate with students, parents and staff.
• Organise program activities and logistics.
• Oversee program evaluation and reviews.
• Manage budgets and expenditures.
• Collaborate with middle leaders and SLT.
