The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of teaching experience, strong leadership skills, and the ability to drive professional development and program evaluation in a Catholic education setting.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years teaching experience.
• Experience leading school programs and ensuring smooth operations.
• Ability to manage resources and budgets within a school context.

Responsibilities

• Lead the designated program in the school.
• Provide professional development and monitor improvement of teachers' professional practice in identified areas.
• Induct new teachers within the program and supervise induction as appropriate.
• Coordinate the work of staff delivering the designated program in line with the school's values.
• Regularly communicate with students, parents, staff and other personnel for smooth operation of the program.
• Organise program activities including resources, transport and facilities.
• Keep abreast of best practice and provide professional learning opportunities for staff.
• Coordinate program evaluation and review.
• Manage staff performance through ongoing discourse, coaching and appraisal.
• Contribute to school leadership and budget management within the program area.
