Christian College Geelong is seeking an inspiring Deputy Head of Campus – Teaching and Learning to join our Senior School leadership team. This 1.0 FTE leadership appointment with up to 0.3 FTE teaching allotment offers a platform to shape learning, guide teaching practice and drive strategic improvement across senior years.

Working with Faculty Directors and leaders across Teaching and Learning, you will champion evidence-informed practice, mentor teachers and help realise the College’s

Qualifications

• Significant and successful Secondary teaching experience.
• Experience in educational leadership and improving teaching and learning.

Responsibilities

• Lead teaching and learning across the Senior School with strategic direction.
• Shape the Senior Years academic program and curriculum opportunities.
• Lead with data and evidence to inform priorities and improvements.
• Mentor teachers and emerging leaders to grow leadership capacity.
• Collaborate with College leaders to deliver an outstanding educational and pastoral environment.
