• Coordinate hiring for Casual Sessional Academics (CSA) each semester, including advertising, interviewing, onboarding with HR and tutor timesheets.
• Coordinate a range of School activities, meetings, events and administrative processes and provide guidance on university policies.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and staff-related processes.
• Coordinate travel, purchasing, financial administration and reimbursements.
• Prepare correspondence, reports and administrative materials.
• Manage competing priorities to meet deadlines and administrative requirements.
• Build relationships with stakeholders across School, College and University.
• Identify opportunities to improve administrative processes and contribute to efficient operations.
• Provide guidance and support to other administrative team members.
