Job summary

Queens Traffic Management is seeking a highly organised Senior Scheduling Coordinator to join our growing team in Carrum Downs, Melbourne. This role focuses on daily scheduling, workforce planning and coordinating traffic control crews across multiple projects.

You will own daily bookings, crew allocations and scheduling adjustments, ensuring the right people and resources are allocated to the right jobs. You will work closely with the operations team and clients, communicating clearly and

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience in scheduling or workforce coordination.
• Proven ability to manage complex schedules and multiple crews.
• Strong understanding of traffic management operations.
• Current Victorian Driver's Licence.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily bookings, scheduling and allocation of traffic control crews across projects.
• Plan and manage workforce schedules to ensure efficient crew utilization.
• Manage last-minute bookings, cancellations and client changes.
• Maintain accurate job information and scheduling notes in internal systems.
• Communicate with field crews, supervisors and clients on start times and requirements.
• Support after-hours on-call roster on a week-on/week-off rotation.
