Saab Australia is seeking a Senior Project Scheduler for Production Planning to develop and maintain the CSI-IPT Integrated Supplementary Schedule, supporting production, test and maintenance activities.

You will lead schedule health, perform Critical Path analysis, and provide data-driven reports to improve delivery performance and capacity planning within a defence projects context.

Qualifications

• Three to five years’ experience as a Project Scheduler for medium to high complexity projects.
• Knowledge of Earned Value management and PMBOK processes.
• Experience with Excel data models and Power BI reporting.
• Familiarity with Open Plan Pro and MS Project for scheduling and tracking.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain the Integrated Supplementary Schedule for Production, Test and Maintenance activities.
• Lead analysis and reporting of Schedule Critical Path, milestones and resource demand.
• Prepare data for delivery performance, schedule adherence and capacity planning.
• Support integration of schedules into project controls and task reporting systems.
