Job summary

HRMU Scaffolding & Labour Hire is seeking a Senior Scaffolding Supervisor to own site operations across multiple Sydney projects, leading crews and ensuring safety, quality and timely delivery.

You will work with builders, site supervisors, engineers and clients, enforcing Australian Standards and WHS, reading scaffold drawings, and managing pre-starts, toolbox talks, inspections and handovers. Long-term growth with a strong, supportive team.

Qualifications

• Proven scaffolding supervisor with strong commercial scaffolding experience.
• Ability to read and interpret scaffold drawings and engineering documentation.
• Knowledge of Australian Standards and WHS requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple scaffold crews across commercial projects.
• Oversee Leading Hands, scaffolders and labourers; allocate work by skill and priority.
• Ensure safety, quality, productivity and client satisfaction on site.
• Coordinate with builders, engineers and logistics; maintain documentation.
