Job summary

Umbrella Club in Sydney seeks an experienced SAP Test Analyst to drive testing across SAP ERP/S/4HANA environments. You will design and execute test plans, scripts and scenarios for functional, integration, system, and UAT testing, validating end-to-end processes such as O2C and P2P.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in SAP Testing / SAP QA.
• Strong hands-on experience in SAP testing and test execution.
• Experience with SAP modules: SAP FICO, SAP MM, SAP SD, SAP HCM, SAP PP.
• Experience with SAP ERP and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Strong knowledge of manual testing and test case design techniques.
• Experience in functional, integration, regression and UAT testing.
• Experience validating end-to-end processes such as Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P).
• Experience with SAP GUI and SAP transaction testing.
• Basic knowledge of SQL and database testing.
• Experience with defect and test management tools such as JIRA, HP ALM/Quality Center and Azure DevOps.
• Exposure to SAP Solution Manager.
• Experience with SAP testing and automation tools such as SAP TAO, Selenium or Worksoft.
• Experience with automated testing.
• SAP certification is desirable but not mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Analyse business requirements and functional specifications and identify testing requirements.
• Prepare test plans, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
• Execute functional, integration, system, regression and UAT testing.
• Validate SAP transactions, workflows, data and end-to-end business processes.
• Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and work closely with business users.
• Identify, document and track defects and coordinate with developers and SAP Functional Consultants for resolution.
• Perform retesting and regression testing following defect fixes and system changes.
• Maintain test cases, test results, defect reports and testing documentation.
• Prepare test execution and test summary reports.
• Participate in requirement discussions, review meetings and daily stand-ups.
