Job summary

OCS Australia is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Program Manager to deliver a national HRIS implementation across Australia. Reporting to the Country HR Head, you will lead multi-stream SAP SF workstreams, including EC, ECP, and Time & Attendance, aligning with business objectives and employee experience goals.

The role is a 12-month fixed-term contract based in Melbourne, commencing in early 2027, with potential extension depending on project needs.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering large-scale HRIS or HR technology programs.
• Extensive SAP SuccessFactors implementations (EC, ECP, Time & Attendance).
• Experience leading HR transformation and change initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Australian payroll legislation, awards, time and attendance.
• Experience with system integrations, data migration, testing, deployment and hypercare.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors implementation across Australia.
• Develop program plans, governance frameworks, project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and roadmaps.
• Partner with senior business leaders, HR leadership, IT teams, and stakeholders to define outcomes.
• Manage implementation partners, software vendors, and third-party suppliers; oversee SOWs and milestones.
• Oversee HRIS deployment, data migration, testing, integration, and post-go-live support.
• Ensure adherence to security, architecture, governance, and integration standards.
• Provide regular updates to executives and proactively manage risks and issues.
