Job summary

DFP Recruitment is seeking a Senior Application Support Analyst to join the support team. You will investigate and prioritise business application incidents for SAP and Salesforce, manage escalations, and assist with testing and release cycles for software releases.

You will apply ITIL best practices, liaise with internal staff and external vendors, and perform data analysis and reporting in Excel to identify trends and root causes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in ICT support role.
• Experience supporting SAP or Salesforce platforms.
• Familiarity with ITIL incident management.
• Experience liaising with internal/external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and prioritise ICT system incidents across SAP and Salesforce platforms.
• Manage escalations of priority issues and coordinate with staff, vendors and technical teams.
• Support testing and release cycles for software updates as required.
• Apply ITIL best practices and use ITSM systems to triage incidents from Level 1 to Level 2.
• Perform data analysis and reporting in Excel to identify trends and root causes.
