You will lead a cross-functional program team, manage budgets, contracts, and vendors, and partner with executives to realise benefits and drive change across the business.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering large SAP ERP/S/4HANA programs with governance structures.
• Proven capability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage budgets.
• Strong stakeholder management and senior leadership collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end S/4HANA transformation program for AU/NZ aligned to strategy.
• Build and mentor a program team; manage sponsors, process owners and vendors.
• Establish governance ( Steering Committee, RISKS, design authorities ) and reporting.
• Develop integrated program plans, milestones and change readiness activities.
• Manage budgets, contracts and third-party providers; ensure benefits realization.
