Job summary

Cummins Inc. is seeking a Senior SAP Deployment Specialist - Supply Chain (P2B) to define and execute SAP deployment strategy across Australia, with focus on S/4HANA P2B and S2P. You will drive regional deployments, backlog delivery, user insights, and UAT while aligning stakeholders and governance across APAC.

Role requires 6+ years in SAP ERP, 2–4+ years in product/delivery leadership, and strong Agile capabilities. On-site with flexibility in Australia’s APAC region.

Qualifications

6+ years ERP implementations with SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain focus (P2B/S2P).
2–4+ years in product management or delivery lead roles.
Bachelor’s degree in CS/IT/Business/Supply Chain or related field.

Responsibilities

Lead regional SAP deployment across APAC, aligning business and tech teams.
Translate requirements into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
Conduct user research and stakeholder interviews to design SAP solutions.
Oversee UAT and ensure quality releases against DoD.
Collaborate with owners, process leads, and sponsors to set goals.
Participate in PI planning and agile ceremonies with delivery teams.
Support governance, InfoSec, and privacy compliance documentation.
