Job summary

Cummins is seeking a Senior SAP Deployment Specialist - Supply Chain (P2B) in Australia to define the vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP deployments. You will lead regional activities, ensure readiness, and drive change, training, and data conversion across APAC with a focus on P2B and S2P.

You will collaborate with business owners and sponsors to set product goals, track KPIs, and manage backlogs using Agile practices. Strong leadership and SAP S/4HANA experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of ERP implementations, business systems analysis, and complex application landscapes.
• Hands-on SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain experience focusing on Plan-to-Build; knowledge of Source-to-Pay.
• 2–4+ years in product management or delivery lead roles with backlog and release planning.
• Leadership to guide cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with Agile frameworks, DevOps, or modern software delivery.

Responsibilities

• Define vision, strategy, and roadmap for SAP deployment initiatives across Cummins in Australia.
• Lead regional deployment activities, drive gap resolution, change, training, testing, data conversion and readiness.
• Translate business requirements into prioritized user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Oversee UAT and ensure quality releases against Definition of Done.
• Collaborate with business owners and sponsors to align goals and KPIs.
