Job summary

Redwolf + Rosch is seeking a Senior Solution Architect with extensive SAP experience to lead a major ERP transformation program. The role spans SAP S/4HANA, Finance, Supply Chain, and data integration across a complex retail/pharma distribution ecosystem.

The architect will define and govern enterprise solutions, emphasize clean-core and cloud deployment, and collaborate with executives to steer architecture decisions and vendor governance.

Qualifications

10+ years experience as an Enterprise/Solution Architect leading large ERP transformations.
Expertise across SAP S/4HANA, RISE, SAP Finance, SAP Supply Chain, BTP.
Experience in Retail, Supply Chain, Pharma/Healthcare or Finance ecosystems (highly regulated).
Strong cloud strategy and clean-core architecture knowledge.
Proven governance and stakeholder management with executive audiences.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end architecture across SAP S/4HANA, Supply Chain, Retail, Finance and Data/Integration.
Govern architecture governance and ARB alignment, drive clean-core principles.
Shape SAP & cloud strategy with enterprise, non-vendor-biased approach.
Drive integration patterns (API-led, event-driven) and security alignment.
Establish data ownership and governance in regulated environments.
