Job summary

Infosys Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Technical Architect - Payroll to lead the technical architecture, design, and implementation of SAP Payroll within a large SAP S/4HANA transformation program.

The role requires deep SAP Payroll expertise and strong integration skills with SAP HCM/HR, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA environments. You will guide developers, ensure security and governance, and deliver scalable payroll solutions across multiple landscapes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years SAP HR/HCM and Payroll experience.
• 5+ years in Solution/Technical Architecture roles.
• Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern the SAP Payroll technical architecture within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
• Design scalable, secure payroll solutions for complex requirements.
• Develop roadmaps for payroll modernization and HR transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment with security, governance and data standards.
• Lead reviews and architecture design workshops.
