Job summary

Infosys Consulting seeks an experienced SAP Technical Architect - Payroll to lead the technical architecture and implementation of SAP Payroll within a large S/4HANA transformation program. You will integrate SAP Payroll with HCM/HR, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA, ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant payroll processes.

The role requires deep expertise in SAP Payroll architecture, HR processes, integration technologies, and enterprise system design.

Qualifications

10+ years of SAP experience with a focus on HR/HCM and Payroll.
5+ years in SAP Solution Architecture or Technical Architecture.
Proven experience delivering large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP Payroll architecture and payroll processing frameworks.
Experience with SAP HCM, PA, OM, TM, and Payroll.

Responsibilities

Define and govern the SAP Payroll technical architecture within the SAP S/4HANA ecosystem.
Design scalable and secure payroll solutions for complex requirements.
Develop roadmaps for SAP Payroll modernization and HR transformation.
Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture, security, and data governance standards.
Lead solution reviews and architecture design workshops.
Design integrations between SAP Payroll and SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA.
Architect real-time and batch integrations using SAP CPI, SAP PI/PO, APIs, IDOCs, Web Services, and OData.
