Job summary

Infosys Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP Technical Architect - Payroll to lead the technical architecture and implementation of SAP Payroll within a large S/4HANA transformation. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, and IT to deliver scalable, compliant payroll solutions.

The role emphasizes SAP Payroll architecture, SAP HCM integration, SuccessFactors, and secure data governance across multiple landscapes. Strong leadership and hands-on technical delivery are essential.

Qualifications

10+ years SAP experience with HR/HCM and Payroll.
5+ years in Solution or Technical Architecture roles.
Proven in large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementations.
Strong understanding of SAP Payroll architecture.
Experience with HCM PA, OM, TM and Payroll.

Responsibilities

Define and govern the SAP Payroll architecture within the S/4HANA ecosystem.
Design scalable and secure payroll solutions for complex requirements.
Develop roadmaps for SAP Payroll modernization and HR transformation.
Ensure alignment with security, compliance and data governance standards.
Lead solution reviews and architecture design workshops.
Design integrations between SAP Payroll, SAP HCM, SuccessFactors, and S/4HANA.
Architect real-time and batch integrations using CPI, PI/PO, APIs, IDOCs, and OData.
Lead payroll implementation and country localization efforts.
Provide technical leadership to developers and integration teams.
