Job summary

Hydro Tasmania is seeking an SAP Operations Lead to govern and continuously improve its SAP environment. You will lead a specialist SAP team, work with IT and business stakeholders, and manage vendor partnerships to deliver secure, high-performing services.

Based in Hobart or Melbourne, you will coach and develop the team, translate complex technical issues into business outcomes, and drive incident, change and upgrade governance while shaping the SAP roadmap.

Qualifications

Significant experience leading SAP operations in complex enterprise environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior leaders.
ITIL knowledge and SAP experience are advantageous for operations.

Responsibilities

Lead SAP Operations team and govern SAP services across enterprise.
Drive governance, incident, problem and change management, upgrades and resilience.
Manage vendor partnerships and SAP roadmap to maximise value and performance.
Coach, mentor and develop the SAP team to foster accountability and continuous improvement.
