As the SAP Operations Lead, you will lead the operational performance, governance and continuous improvement of Hydro Tasmania's SAP environment. Reporting to the IT Applications Manager, you'll provide technical leadership across whole business and IT stakeholders, lead a specialist SAP team, and manage strategic vendor partnerships to deliver reliable, secure and high-performing SAP services.
This is a hands‑on leadership role where you'll focus on building team capability, coaching and mentoring SAP specialists, and creating a culture of ownership, accountability and continuous improvement. Using your technical credibility and strong stakeholder engagement skills, you'll translate complex technical issues into business outcomes, lead operational excellence across SAP services, and identify opportunities to optimise and expand the value SAP delivers across Hydro Tasmania.
