Job summary

DyFlex Pty Ltd in Australia is seeking a Senior SAP EAM Consultant to lead and deliver EAM workstreams across implementations, upgrades and transformations. You will design, configure and validate solutions, run workshops with stakeholders, and collaborate with technical teams to ensure value delivery.

The role requires 5–10 years of SAP EAM experience, strong process knowledge, excellent communication, and willingness to travel within New Zealand and Australia.

Qualifications

• 5-10 years of SAP EAM functional consulting experience.
• Proven experience delivering SAP EAM projects across the full project lifecycle.
• Strong configuration and business process knowledge within SAP EAM.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within New Zealand and Australia as required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP EAM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP EAM solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Provide expert guidance on maintenance management, asset performance, work management, notifications, and master data.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of DyFlex's EAM capability.
