Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations across Plant Maintenance (PM) and related EAM processes.
• Analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver effective solutions within agreed SLAs.
• Configure and maintain SAP EAM functionality to support business requirements.
• Collaborate with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore support teams.
• Support system enhancements, minor projects, testing, and documentation.
• Contribute to continuous service improvement and best practice adoption.

Qualifications

• Strong SAP Consulting background with 5+ years’ experience with SAP EAM, including S/4HANA.
• Proven experience supporting day-to-day operations across PM and EAM processes.
• Ability to analyze issues, identify root causes, and deliver solutions within agreed SLAs.
• Experience configuring and maintaining SAP EAM functionality.
• Excellent collaboration skills with technical teams, business stakeholders, and offshore support teams.
• Experience supporting system enhancements and minor projects, including testing and documentation.
