Job summary

DyFlex is seeking a Senior SAP EAM Consultant to lead and deliver EAM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, and transformation projects in Australia and New Zealand.

You will facilitate workshops, design and configure SAP EAM solutions, and collaborate with cross-functional teams on custom developments and integrations while mentoring junior consultants and expanding DyFlex's EAM capability.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years of SAP EAM functional consulting experience.
• Proven success delivering EAM projects through full lifecycle.
• Strong SAP EAM configuration and business process knowledge.
• Experience leading workshops and engaging stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver SAP EAM workstreams across implementation, upgrade, enhancement, and transformation projects.
• Facilitate workshops to gather, analyse, and document business requirements.
• Design and configure SAP EAM solutions aligned with business needs and industry best practices.
• Prepare functional specifications and collaborate with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
• Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and defect resolution.
• Assist with cutover planning, go-live activities, and hypercare support.
• Provide expert guidance on maintenance management, asset performance, work management, notifications, and master data.
• Build strong client relationships and act as a trusted advisor throughout project delivery.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to the growth of DyFlex's EAM capability.

We are seeking a Senior SAP EAM Consultant to play a key role in the successful delivery of SAP projects from design through to deployment and hypercare. Working closely with clients, project teams, and technical consultants, you will leverage your deep functional expertise to deliver business outcomes and trusted advice. This is an excellent opportunity for a consultant who enjoys working in a project-driven environment, partnering with customers to solve complex asset management challenges and deliver successful SAP transformations.

• Experience facilitating workshops and engaging with stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong understanding of maintenance and asset management processes.
• Experience preparing functional specifications and working with development teams.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and documentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a highly collaborative team environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally within New Zealand and Australia as required.
