Job summary

Randstad Digital Australia seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect in Canberra for a 12-month contract with extension, NV1 clearance required. You will translate business needs into scalable Salesforce solutions, define non-functional requirements, and provide technical leadership across the team.

You will collaborate with product managers and delivery teams to plan roadmaps and ensure design artefacts are delivered on time, while maintaining security and performance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience designing non-functional aspects of complex enterprise solutions (performance, scalability, security).
• Wide architectural knowledge across Salesforce clouds and industry solutions (Salesforce, Vlocity/Omnistudio).
• Experience in system integration designs and patterns with Salesforce and other technologies.
• Ability to prototype and run proofs of concepts for early feedback.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with product managers and delivery teams to form product roadmaps and planning of solution design activities, including technical dependencies and sequencing.
• Translate business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions producing detailed solution design documents and artefacts and conducting various walkthroughs and handovers.
• Define technical requirements and non-functional aspects of complex and high-volume enterprise solutions, including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability and security.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and review to solution architects, developers, and other team members.

Skills required:

• Experience designing non-functional aspects of complex and high-volume enterprise solutions, including performance, scalability, resilience, observability, recoverability and security
• Ability to demonstrate a wide range of architectural knowledge across various salesforce clouds and industry solutions to support business requirements with strong practical knowledge and experience of Salesforce and Vlocity/Omnistudio
• Experience in system integration designs and patterns, integrating Salesforce with other various technologies and solutions
• Ability to perform hands-on prototyping and proof of concepts for business to provide early feedback on proposed solutions
