Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd in Sydney seeks an experienced Salesforce Engineer to design and implement Salesforce solutions across Sales and Service Cloud, including LWC, Apex, and integrations with external systems.

You will work within an Agile environment, contributing to DevOps practices, participate in cadence ceremonies, and deliver production-ready configurations and customizations. Strong communication and problem-solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of Salesforce development experience with LWC/Apex, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong configuration and customization skills in Salesforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems and data migrations.
• Proven Agile practitioner with DevOps experience and toolchains.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions and client requirements.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices are followed in configuration and customization.
• Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions.
• Articulate benefits and risks of proposed solutions and feasibility.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Keep up-to-date with Salesforce product capabilities and releases.
• Collaborate with project managers, scrum masters, clients and other developers.
• Interact with clients and end users to analyze objectives and capability requirements for UIs and apps.
