Job summary

XPT Software Australia Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Salesforce specialist to implement and customize Salesforce across Sales and Service Cloud, with strong LWC/Apex skills and a solid Agile/DevOps mindset.

The role involves integrating systems, delivering data migrations, and collaborating closely with clients and teams to ensure scalable solutions. This is a contract-based opportunity based in Sydney, Australia.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience with Salesforce LWC/Apex, Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
• Strong experience configuring and customizing Salesforce.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems.
• Experience working in Agile environments.
• DevOps practitioner with Bitbucket, Git and CI/CD.
• Familiarity with Salesforce DX.
• Knowledge of business processes and KPIs supporting relevant business processes.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with COPADA.
• Strong debugging skills on LWC, APEX and Aura in production incidents.
• Experience delivering and managing work using Agile methodology.

Responsibilities

• Configure and customize Salesforce solutions to support critical business functions and client requirements.
• Ensure Salesforce best practices in configuration and customization.
• Provide detailed level-of-effort estimates for proposed solutions.
• Articulate benefits and risks of solution feasibility and functionality.
• Develop, test, and document custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Keep up with Salesforce product capabilities from releases and acquisitions.
• Collaborate with project manager, scrum master, clients and other developers to design cohesive strategies.
• Interact with clients, managers and end users to analyze objectives and capability requirements for interfaces and integrations.
