Job summary

BLACKROC Recruitment seeks Senior Salesforce Industry/OmniStudio Developers for a high-profile digital transformation program in Sydney. This hands-on role requires deep expertise in Vlocity/OmniStudio and related Salesforce components within a Scrum team.

You will work across Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors, focusing on robust, scalable solutions. Hybrid working and Australian citizenship are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio experience with Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Object-oriented programming and design patterns.
• Building and integrating with REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Source control using GitLab and package-based development.
• Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud.
• Agile team delivery in multidisciplinary environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio solutions within a multidisciplinary Scrum team.
• Design robust, reusable, high-performing Salesforce solutions.

• Contribute to solution design, development standards and technical design reviews.

• Participate in Agile ceremonies and daily Scrum activities.
• Collaborate with developers, architects, UI/UX and accessibility specialists.
• Share knowledge and build the technical capability of the wider team.
• Provide technical guidance and promote best-practice Salesforce Vlocity development.

We are seeking Senior Salesforce Industries / OmniStudio Developers to join a high-profile digital transformation program delivering innovative, fit-for-purpose technology solutions.

You’ll work as part of a multidisciplinary Scrum team, collaborating with developers, solution architects, UI/UX specialists and accessibility experts to deliver robust, reusable and high-quality Salesforce solutions.

This is a hands-on development role suited to experienced Salesforce professionals with strong Vlocity / OmniStudio capability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and deliver Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio solutions within a multidisciplinary Scrum team.
• Design and develop robust, reusable and high-performing Salesforce solutions.
• Work across Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Contribute to solution design, development standards and technical design reviews.

To be considered, you will need demonstrated experience in:

• Salesforce Vlocity / OmniStudio, specifically Apex, LWC, OmniScripts, FlexCards, Integration Procedures and DataRaptors.
• Object-oriented programming, frameworks and design patterns.
• Building and working with integrations, including REST APIs and Platform Events.
• Source control tools such as GitLab and package-based development.
• Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud implementations.
• Working in Agile development environments and multidisciplinary delivery teams.

Experience or an interest in accessible design and development will be highly regarded.

• Salesforce Platform Developer I or II and/or OmniStudio Developer certification.
• Experience with Jira, VS Code and DevOps practices.
• Successful delivery of 4+ Salesforce platform-based CRM projects using Agile methodologies.
• Demonstrable experience with AI agentic coding.
