Job summary

Experis ManpowerGroup Sp. z o.o. is seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to lead environments, deployment pipelines, and DevOps tooling in a dynamic Agile setting. You’ll bridge development and operations, ensuring secure, automated delivery across the lifecycle.

You will establish Salesforce environments, build CI/CD for deployments, and drive best practices with architecture, development, testing, and project teams. A strong focus on automation and code-driven changes is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Minimum 2.5 years' experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing DevOps tooling and architecture.
• Certifications required within two months of onboarding: Salesforce Platform Administrator; Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect; Platform Developer.

Responsibilities

• Provision and manage Salesforce environments throughout the project delivery lifecycle.
• Design, implement, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce deployments.
• Support development teams with source code management, code synchronisation, and deployment execution.
• Define and govern DevOps best practices, including branching strategies, developer onboarding, and deployment standards.
• Act as the subject matter expert for Salesforce DevOps processes and tooling.
• Drive an automation-first mindset across development and operational activities.
• Ensure all configuration and environment changes are managed through code rather than manual implementation.
• Coordinate with architecture, development, and testing teams to support successful project delivery.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery lifecycle of Salesforce implementations, including project mobilisation, process design, system configuration and customisation, testing and QA, integration, data migration, deployment and release management, and business adoption support.
• Develop, maintain, and document operational runbooks and deployment procedures.

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce DevOps Engineer to play a critical role in the delivery and ongoing management of Salesforce environments, deployment processes, and DevOps tooling. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team delivering large-scale digital transformation initiatives in a dynamic Agile environment.

As a Salesforce DevOps Engineer, you will bridge the gap between development and operations, ensuring smooth, automated, and secure software delivery across the entire application lifecycle.

About the Role

In this role, you will be responsible for establishing and managing Salesforce environments, deployment pipelines, and software configuration management processes. You will collaborate closely with architecture, development, testing, and project teams to deliver scalable and efficient Salesforce solutions.

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of Git, branching strategies, trunk-based development, pull requests, and merge conflict resolution.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD platforms such as:
  • GitHub
  • GitLab
  • Azure DevOps
• Experience withSalesforceDevOps tools including:
  • Copado
  • AutoRABIT
  • Gearset
• Proficiency in scripting languages such as Bash and JavaScript.
• Knowledge of software delivery lifecycle management and digital transformation programs.
• Understanding of database schema and configuration migration across environments.
• Experience supporting enterprise applications in L2/L3 support environments.
• Strong understanding of environment management and environment build processes.
• Familiarity with UI automation tools such as Selenium or Puppeteer.
• Ability to troubleshoot developer tooling and environment-related issues.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and continuously improve Salesforce deployment practices.

Essential Criteria

• Minimum 4 years' experience as a DevOps Engineer.
• Minimum 2.5 years' experience working within the Salesforce ecosystem.
• Strong experience designing, implementing, and managing DevOps tooling and architecture.

The following certifications are required (or must be achieved within two months of onboarding):

• Salesforce Certified Platform Administrator
• Salesforce Certified Platform Development Lifecycle and Deployment Architect
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer
