Job summary
The National Disability Insurance Agency (NDIA) invites applications for an EL1 Salesforce Development Lead (Labour Hire). This role provides technical leadership for Salesforce development within a complex ICT program, guiding design, development and delivery of Vlocity components to meet security, performance and quality standards.

Qualifications
- Experience with OOP, frameworks & design patterns, integrations (REST APIs, Platform Events) and source control (GitLab).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform technologies: Apex, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs, and Omnistudio/Vlocity.
- Experience across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Health Cloud is desirable.
- Salesforce certifications are highly desirable.
Responsibilities
- Ensure solutions adhere to governance and coding standards via reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyse requirements.
- Develop Salesforce Vlocity solutions with robust performance and re-use.
- Deliver high-quality Vlocity components with cross-team collaboration.
- Provide hands-on technical guidance and development leadership.
- Support code deployment across environments including Production.
- Adopt CI/CD, DevOps and test automation practices.
- Build team capability through knowledge sharing and daily scrums.
