Job summary

Partner 2 Simplify (P2S) is seeking a senior Salesforce Developer to design, build and optimize Salesforce solutions across large-scale implementations. You will work on Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and APIs, guiding integrations with workforce and scheduling platforms.

You will lead complex projects, mentor engineers, drive DevOps maturity with GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps and other CI/CD tools, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver scalable, future-ready Salesforce ecosystems.

Qualifications

8-10 years' experience in Salesforce development.
Strong expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Salesforce Flows, SOQL/SOSL, Salesforce APIs.
Experience delivering large-scale Salesforce implementations and enhancements.
Hands-on experience with GitHub, pull requests, branching strategies, and source control management.
Experience implementing and supporting CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, Gearset, and Salesforce DevOps Center.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
Lead complex Salesforce projects across nonprofit cloud, participant management, service delivery, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and key business platforms.
Work with rostering/scheduling solutions to support frontline operations.
Drive Salesforce DevOps maturity through GitHub, CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and release management.
Collaborate with stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to shape future solutions.
Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, and best practices.

Role Description

As a senior member of our technology team, you will:

Design, develop, and enhance Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
Lead complex Salesforce projects across Nonprofit Cloud, participant management, service delivery, fundraising, and stakeholder engagement.
Build and support integrations between Salesforce and key business platforms, including workforce management and scheduling solutions.
Work with platforms such as Skedulo, MAICA, Humanforce, AlayaCare, and other rostering and scheduling solutions to support frontline operations.

Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, product owners, and delivery teams to shape future solutions.
Mentor developers and promote engineering excellence through code reviews, standards, and best practices.
