Job summary

N2S.Global is seeking a Senior Salesforce Communication Engineer (Vlocity) to design and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce Communications Cloud. You will drive end-to-end configurations for telecom product catalogs, pricing logic, and order management.

You will build with Omni Studio tools and integrate with OSS/BSS, billing, and ERP systems, ensuring seamless data flow and robust deployment. Collaboration with analysts and architects is essential.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and implement scalable solutions on the Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) platform.
• Develop and customize components using Omni Studio tools (Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards).
• Integrate Communications Cloud with OSS/BSS, billing, ERP using Salesforce APIs and Integration Procedures.
• Ensure data flow between Salesforce and telecom backend systems and translate requirements with business analysts.
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing, deployment planning and production support.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Communication Engineer (Vlocity Dev) to help design, build, and implement scalable solutions within the Salesforce Communications Cloud (Vlocity) platform. This role will focus on enabling end to end digital experiences for customers in the telecom sector through product configuration, guided selling, and order management capabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Platform Development

• Develop and customize components using Omni Studio tools (Flex Cards, Omni Scripts, Data Raptors, Integration Procedures, Vlocity Cards).
• Implement and optimize Industry specific CPQ (Configure, Price, Quote) processes, including product catalogs, pricing logic, and rules.
• Configure and enhance Enterprise Product Catalog (EPC) and Order Management processes to streamline service activation and delivery.

Integration & Data Management

• Integrate Communication Cloud with external systems (e.g., OSS/BSS, billing, ERP) using Salesforce APIs, Data Raptors, and Integration Procedures.
• Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between Salesforce and telecom backend systems.
• Work with business analysts, product owners, and architects to translate business requirements into scalable technical designs.
• Participate in code reviews, QA testing, and deployment planning.
• Support production environments by troubleshooting issues and implementing long term fixes.
