Responsibilities

• Manage the full sales cycle from enquiry through to contract and settlement.
• Build strong relationships with prospective residents, families, referrers and stakeholders.
• Meet and exceed sales targets and customer satisfaction benchmarks.
• Maintain CRM records, sales reporting and pipeline forecasting.
• Support marketing initiatives, open days and community engagement.
• Lead sales meetings, training and collaboration across the state sales team.
• Participate in leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
