Job summary

STRAND is seeking a Senior Sales Assistant at Chadstone to lead on-floor customer experiences and coach the team to deliver standout service. You’ll set visual standards, stay energetic, and drive store performance in a fast-paced fashion environment.

You’ll mentor peers, be product-savvy, and help elevate everyday shopping into memorable experiences for customers visiting Chadstone.
