Job summary

Qualifications

• Demonstrated ability to deliver training on subject matter expertise (mandatory); Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment (desirable).

Responsibilities

• Lead safety improvements and provide expert guidance across the division.
• Conduct audits and inspections to ensure safety standards.
• Support legal compliance and risk management activities.
• Analyse safety data and develop evidence-based solutions.
• Coach managers in incident investigation and corrective actions.
• Collaborate with divisions and field staff to promote safety culture.
