Job summary

Mineral Resources Ltd is seeking a Senior Safety Advisor for the CSI Onslow Coastal Safety Team. The role focuses on visible leadership across a coastal operation, improving safety culture, planning safe work, and managing risk in the field.

You will drive continuous health and safety performance, coach teams, and build trusted relationships across leaders and frontline crews. FIFO to Onslow on an 8:6 roster, with emphasis on ensuring everyone goes home safely every day.

Qualifications

• Minimum Advanced Diploma in OH&S.
• Lead Auditor qualification desirable.
• Experience in safety management systems and incident investigations.

Responsibilities

• Develop, review and maintain Safety Management Plans and Project Risk Registers.
• Coordinate reporting with DMIRS and clients via INX system.
• Lead investigations, establish root causes and corrective actions.
• Coach Safety Advisors, ESOs and site personnel on safety standards and legislation.
• Build stakeholder relationships to support risk assessments and audits.
• Represent safety in pre-start and Safety Committee meetings.
