Linfox in Western Australia seeks a Regional Safety Advisor to support our Resources & Industrial business across multiple sites. The role focuses on shaping safety culture, risk management and incident investigations, with a FIFO 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off roster from Perth (8/6 roster also discussed).

You will partner with leaders and customers to implement site plans, embed risk-based approaches and lead safety workshops, reporting on trends and outcomes to senior teams.

Qualificações

• Leadership in safety, health and wellbeing or risk roles.
• Cert IV WHS minimum requirement.
• Strong understanding of transport, warehousing risks.
• Experience facilitating workshops and investigations.
• Knowledge of WHS legislation.
• Ability to present results to leadership and customers.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with leaders and customers to develop and execute business and site plans
• Embed a risk based approach with a focus on every day, critical and psychosocial risks
• Coach and mentor leaders through site visits, facilitated training and workshops
• Develop and maintain the system with a focus on risk, health, compliance and customer expectations
• Manage serious incident investigations and regulatory notifications/interventions
• Measure and report on performance, trends and outcomes
