Sanctuary Personnel is seeking an Advanced Practitioner for the Safeguarding Team in Liverpool. The role targets experienced social workers with 3+ years post-qualification, strong court skills, and extensive safeguarding expertise. Hybrid working balances home and Liverpool-based office days.

You will lead complex cases, support less experienced team members, and work with diverse agencies to safeguard children and families while driving service development and best practices.

Qualificações

• Three+ years post-qualification experience in children’s social care is required.
• Strong background in court skills and safeguarding expertise.
• Experience in leading or mentoring junior colleagues is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Support and enhance safeguarding practices, ensuring statutory compliance.
• Lead complex casework and provide guidance to less experienced team members.
• Develop strong working relationships with children and families to ensure their voices are heard.
• Demonstrate strong court skills, preparing detailed reports and representing the department in legal proceedings.
• Collaborate with multi-agency partners to ensure comprehensive family support.
• Contribute to service development initiatives and promote best safeguarding practices.
