Liquid Personnel is seeking an experienced Social Worker to join its specialist UASC team in Liverpool. You will manage a varied caseload of Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children, complete UASC and age assessments, and work with partner agencies to safeguard children and promote welfare.

The role involves developing care plans, ensuring the voice of the child is central, and working within Looked After Children frameworks. Hybrid working options are available with long-term contracts possible.

Qualifications

• Registered with Social Work England.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
• Hold a full UK driving license.
• Post-qualification experience.
• Degree level or equivalent in Social Work.

Responsabilités

• Manage a varied caseload of Unaccompanied Asylum Seeking Children.
• Complete UASC assessments in line with statutory guidance.
• Undertake statutory responsibilities for Looked After Children/Children in Care.
• Develop, implement and review outcome-focused care plans.
• Build relationships with children and young people ensuring their voice is central.
