Qualifications

• Extensive Ruby on Rails experience.
• Experience building products for schools or education tech is a plus.
• Focus on delivering quality code while shipping quickly.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of major product initiatives.
• Improve development practices through code reviews and documentation.
• Establish patterns to make the monolith easier to work with and scalable.
• Provide a trusted voice in architectural decisions.
