We ship fast but keep code quality high and stay close to the Rails way. You’ll work on a Ruby on Rails stack with a small senior team, shaping major product initiatives, reviewing code, and documenting technical decisions to evolve our monolith.

Qualifications

• Extensive Ruby on Rails experience and strong technical problem-solving skills.

• Interest in AI-assisted coding and pragmatic engineering practices.

Responsibilities

• Lead the implementation of major product initiatives.
