• Extensive experience in road alignment design with knowledge of Austroads, TMR, and Australian Standards.
• Proficiency in 12d Model, BIM workflows, and CAD tools (Bluebeam, ProjectWise).
• Proven ability to lead complex multidisciplinary projects, including coordination and design reviews.
• Strong communication and leadership skills with mentoring experience.
• Tertiary qualification and commitment to ongoing professional development.

Responsabilités

• Lead road alignment design for major urban and rural highways, as well as local road projects.
• Prepare and oversee high-quality 3D designs, drawings, and documentation using 12d Model and related tools.
• Manage alignment design delivery within project timeframes, scope, and budget.
• Develop and implement innovative technical solutions, coordinating multidisciplinary inputs and ensuring standards compliance.
• Mentor and support junior designers through delegation, review and feedback.
