Job summary

NTRO in Perth seeks an experienced Asset Management Consultant to deliver practical road asset management solutions across Western Australia and APAC. You will combine technical delivery, client engagement and commercial awareness to support government and industry clients.

You will collaborate with Main Roads WA and local government, build strong relationships, produce high-quality documentation, and contribute to NTRO's capability growth while expanding consulting skills across road

Qualifications

• Approximately 7–10 years of experience in roads, transport infrastructure, or related asset management.
• Ability to translate technical information into practical advice for clients.
• Experience delivering projects or technical work for government, consultancy, or infrastructure clients.
• Knowledge/experience working with Main Roads WA or local government is highly preferred.
• Strong written communication and client/stakeholder engagement skills.
• Commercial awareness and contribution to proposals and scoping.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and manage road asset projects, data analyses, reports and practical recommendations for government and industry clients.
• Support the development of asset management strategies, plans, data and improvement initiatives across road portfolios.
• Interpret asset data with senior specialists, identify risks, and develop evidence-based solutions.
• Build productive relationships with Main Roads WA, local government and WA stakeholders.
• Prepare high-quality technical documentation, presentations, and client deliverables.
• Contribute to proposals and identify opportunities for further client support.
• Share knowledge across multidisciplinary teams to grow NTRO's capability.
