Qualifications

• Experience leading risk management functions on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Experience with supporting major mechanised tunnelling projects.
• Ability to manage technical risks related to structural settlement and underground construction methodologies.

• Lead the overall risk and opportunity management strategy for the infrastructure programme.
• Work closely with project controls, engineering teams, and alliance partners.
• Proactively manage technical, commercial, and operational risks.
