Zip Co Limited is seeking a visionary Director, Credit & Enterprise Risk Advisory in Sydney to lead the ANZ Line 2 Risk Advisory function, guiding risk decisions and governance. You will会 lead five risk professionals, partner with executive leadership, and drive enterprise risk maturity across Australia and New Zealand.

You will champion robust risk practices, coordinate with the Risk & Compliance Office, and influence critical decisions while supporting sustainable growth in a regulated

Qualifications

• 15+ years' experience leading first or second line risk functions within financial services, fintech or another highly regulated industry.
• Deep expertise across Credit Risk, Financial Risk and Enterprise Risk Management.
• Experience leading controls assurance or non financial risk oversight functions.
• Proven success partnering with Executive Leadership, Board Committees and senior stakeholders to provide practical risk advice.
• Strong leadership developing risk professionals and high performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead the ANZ Line 2 Risk Advisory function with strategic direction and annual work program.
• Embed risk management into strategic planning and business transformation initiatives.
• Provide independent challenge on material risks, risk appetite and control effectiveness.
• Oversee Credit and Financial Risk including portfolio performance and model governance.
• Strengthen the Second Line Controls function and enterprise risk framework.
• Deliver risk reporting and insights to executives, risk committees and the board.
