IOOF Holdings Limited in Sydney, NSW, AU, is seeking an experienced risk and compliance professional to partner with business units within the Wrap Platforms line, ensuring key risks and obligations are managed to protect client outcomes.

You will provide guidance on risk, controls, and governance, support incident handling, and help embed a strong risk culture across a large, dynamic business.

Qualifications

• 5+ years risk / compliance experience ideally within financial services.
• Ability to coach and mentor team members.
• Strong knowledge of risk management concepts, frameworks and standards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication including board papers.

Responsabilités

• Drive, coordinate and support risk and compliance services within Wrap Business Line.
• Provide insights into emerging risks and areas for improvement.
• Provide risk, control and compliance advice and guidance.
• Provide 1st Line risk and compliance support on incidents, breaches and issues.
• Facilitate risk and controls reviews against business objectives and processes.
• Support understanding of obligations and ensure appropriate controls exist.
• Perform testing of controls and other 1st line assurance activities.
• Chair governance forums and committees as required.
• Embed risk and compliance culture across the Wrap Business Line.
• Contribute to drafting and reviewing risk and compliance materials for governance forums.
