Job summary

AMP is seeking a Senior Manager Risk, Compliance & Controls to lead risk and regulatory oversight for the Platforms business. You will advise senior owners, monitor performance and support the risk governance framework across investments and client outcomes.

The role requires over 5 years in financial services risk/compliance, with qualifications in commerce, business or law. A proactive, collaborative approach and strong stakeholder engagement are essential.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience in risk or compliance roles within financial services, preferably across superannuation, wrap platforms and/or managed investments.
Tertiary qualification in Commerce, Business or Law, or equivalent experience.
Proven experience managing compliance incidents, breaches and issues, including breach assessment, root cause analysis and regulatory responses.

Responsibilities

Provide senior risk and compliance support to the Platforms business to ensure material risks are identified and managed within appetite.
Advise and challenge senior owners on risk and compliance matters to ensure positions are accurate and defensible.
Monitor risk and compliance performance across the Platforms business with KRIs, incidents and regulatory actions.
