Job summary

Airwallex in Sydney, Australia is seeking a commercially minded Revenue Strategy & Operations professional to scale our ANZ revenue engine. You will partner with ANZ leaders to strengthen forecasting, pipeline management and commercial execution.

You will combine rigorous analysis with hands-on delivery across Salesforce, commissions, reporting and commercial tooling, leading priority initiatives that improve revenue visibility and process scalability during a 12-month engagement.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant experience in revenue operations or related fields.
• Strong data-driven approach to analyse commercial performance.
• Experience with forecasting, quota setting, commissions, and CRM governance.
• Proficient in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Workspace.
• Experience with Salesforce and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Partner with ANZ commercial leaders to identify growth opportunities and improve execution.
• Support go-to-market planning, target setting, and resource allocation.
• Analyse the end-to-end revenue funnel to identify performance gaps and actions.
• Translate commercial data and context into insights for senior stakeholders.
• Establish forecasting, pipeline reviews and cadence across ANZ.
• Monitor pipeline health, win rates, and churn to surface risks and opportunities.
• Build dashboards, reports and processes for data-informed decisions.
• Drive quarterly target-setting and commissions with Sales and Finance.
• Own core commercial processes across Salesforce and revenue tools.
• Strengthen CRM governance and data quality for visibility.
• Identify opportunities to automate workflows and reduce friction.
• Design scalable processes to be adopted beyond ANZ with Global Revenue Ops.
• Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, Finance, Product, CS and Ops.
